Delivery
If your requested model is in stock, it will be shipped straight away. Otherwise, allow 8-10 weeks for manufacturing. Feel free to give our team a call and we will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
If your requested model e.g. Cabo is in stock, it will be shipped in 2-3 days. Our office will be in touch to confirm delivery details before dispatch. Delivery of Cabo pergola will cost 7,500.00 for most tier-1 towns. Our team will confirm delivery charges and details before details. Delivery for other models e.g. Byron Bay will be advised as part of the custom quote.
For custom models or particular Cabo model not in stock then allow 8-10 weeks for manufacturing. Our team will work closely with you to confirm order and delivery details as part of the process ensuring all order details are correct and will keep you up to date.

15 Year structural warranty for the frame integrity i.e. beam and posts adhering to terms and conditions detailed in this warranty.
10 Year structural warranty for the louvre blade and component integrity adhering to terms and conditions detailed in this warranty.
3 Year warranty for the motor and electronics for residential.
For commercial applications, 1 Year warranty for the motor and electronics.
Terms and Conditions:
-Damage resulting from incorrect installation e.g. uneven ground, missing bolts & nuts
-Damage arising from any structural alteration to the pergola e.g. manual alteration of size, hanging other structural material on beams, posts, standing on the roof
-Any damage caused by natural catastrophic event including cyclones.
-Cleaning of painted surface using abrasive material

15 Year structural warranty for the pergola frame integrity i.e. beam and posts against defects in workmanship and materials subject to the limitations, conditions and exclusions expressed in this warranty.
10 Year structural warranty for the louvre blade and component integrity adhering to terms and conditions detailed in this warranty.
3 Year warranty for the motor and electronics for residential.
For commercial applications, 1 Year warranty for the motor and electronics.
Terms, Conditions, and Exclusions:
-Damage resulting from incorrect installation e.g. uneven ground, missing bolts & nuts
-Damage caused by improper maintenance
-Acts of God including but not limited to weather events
-Damage arising from e.g. alteration of pergola components, relocation after installation, hanging other structural material on beams, posts, standing on the roof
-Cleaning of painted surface using abrasive material
-Commercial use reduces electronic warranties to 1 year and structural frame warranties to 5 years, louvre warranty to 2 years, paint warranty to 1 year.
-Remote batteries are excluded
-Any drain or water leakage
-Any rust on ground attachment anchors.
