Custom size, high quality, full cassette, motorised retractable awnings are suitable for both residential and commercial projects. We test all our awnings in factory before shipping to you. So, they are arrive assembled and ready for installation. 

Compared to other awnings available in the market, full cassette awnings retracts the awning fabric, arms, inside the cassette. This not only offers great aesthetic option but also increases their lifespan by protecting them from the weather when not being used.

Description

Made from high grade aluminium finished with high quality paint offers strength, durability and elegance. Retractable awning arm is fitted with 304 steel chain instead of wire providing a durable design.

It can be set between 5-15 degree angle allowing rain water to run off.

Since Sauleda was first established in 1897 in Spain, it has had one objective: to manufacture high quality, design, awning fabrics.

We use Solar Pro Masacril awning fabric manufactured in Spain by Sauleda for our motorised awnings. Masacril is 100% solution dyed acrylic fabric has much better color fastness compared to general yarn dyed fabrics. With weight of 300 gr per sqm and UV80+ rating, this fabric is made to last.

Full-cassette, motorised, retractable awning frame is finished with high quality paint with chrome plated ends which provides subtle elegant touch. One of the benefits of full-cassette awning is that when completely closed the awning fabric retracts into the cassette providing clean aesthetics while protecting fabric.

Delivery

If your requested model is in stock, it will be shipped straight away. Otherwise, allow 8-10 weeks for manufacturing. Feel free to give our team a call and we will be happy to answer any questions you might have.

If your requested model e.g. Cabo is in stock, it will be shipped in 2-3 days. Our office will be in touch to confirm delivery details before dispatch. Delivery of Cabo pergola will cost 7,500.00 for most tier-1 towns. Our team will confirm delivery charges and details before details. Delivery for other models e.g. Byron Bay will be advised as part of the custom quote. 

For custom models or particular Cabo model not in stock then allow 8-10 weeks for manufacturing. Our team will work closely with you to confirm order and delivery details as part of the process ensuring all order details are correct and will keep you up to date. 

Warranty

5 Year structural warranty for the frame integrity adhering to terms and conditions detailed in this warranty.

2 Year warranty for the motor and electronics for residential.

For commercial applications, 1 Year warranty for the motor and electronics.

Terms and Conditions:

-Damage resulting from incorrect installation e.g. uneven ground, missing bolts & nuts

-Damage arising from any structural alteration to the pergola e.g. manual alteration of size, hanging other structural material on beams, posts, standing on the roof

-Any damage caused by natural catastrophic event including cyclones.

-Cleaning of painted surface using abrasive material
